What we wear on the inside
The clothes we choose in the morning say quite a lot about what's going on inside.

There are mornings when you stand in front of the wardrobe and nothing fits. Sometimes it really is the clothes, and sometimes it39;s something else: tiredness, worry, or a feeling that there39;s no room for us.
The wardrobe as a mirror
The piece you go back to again and again, the colour you avoid, the item you bought and never dared to wear. In therapy I invite you to look at these choices with curiosity, without judgement.
Between the clothes wardrobe and the soul's wardrobe
Both wardrobes hold things that no longer fit and that we still keep, and things waiting for the right moment. Order on the outside can be an easy way to start talking about order on the inside.
A small step for today
Choose one piece that feels right, and notice how it affects your day. It isn39;t a substitute for therapy, but it39;s a good way to start listening to yourself.
